I really don't know enough about them, to give you a more qualified opinion. We are looking for quiet beaches. Our family is not the kind that needs a boardwalk, rides, etc. Just a clean beach that is walkable from our rental. The more affordable, the better.

Looking for ideas for purchasing a used laptop that will make it easier for me to start writing/blogging again. I really don't need a ton of specs. I'm just looking to obtain my own device to, hopefully, give me more incentive, and privacy, to write again. Thanks

Yes. From what I can gather, the S$P has an expense ratio of .73 or .6
Sounds like PLFMX. I also have Principal for my employer plan. Do you have access to PBOIX too? These two are probably your cheapest options for a stock/bond AA.
Do you know what the name of PBOIX is listed as?

401K Through Principal. Best option?

Just became eligible for my company's 401K. There is a 6% match. So, I'm assuming that the expense fees with be worth getting the match. I'm trying to find the expense ratio of these funds. I'm guessing the S&P will be the best option?

Sorry. But, I really just need seating for 5. I just want to make sure the rear seats are large enough for 3 adults, or 3 children. 2 of mine are big enough to sit in the front seats. Just don't see the need for the Mini any longer. Thanks

Help me in my impossible search for a used car...

Looking to get rid of my 04 Sienna. It's starting to nickel and dime me, and, frankly, I'm sick of driving a Minivan. I need seating for 3 in the rear seats, the more spacious the better. Looking for and awd or truck. Under $15,000. And, Something interesting. All of these new car look the same to me. Thanks.

Re: Terminating Verizon to Page Plus

Hey all, So I've had an old Droid phone on Page Plus for about two years now, but desperately need an upgrade. I'm thinking of doing something I would otherwise never do, but I have a grudge against Verizon going back years. Sign onto a 2 year contract at $60/month, get a Galaxy 4 at the contract price of $49. Get all the service that comes along with it - contracts transferred and whatnot. A month into it, cancel and pay the Early Termination Fee of $350 and go back to Page Plus at $30/month. Galaxy 4's on eBay are going for around $350 and a lot of them are refurbished, not to mention the slight risk that what you get isn't as advertised, having to wait a week for the phone, etc. Putting aside ethical grounds, does anyone see a problem w...

Re: Personal Tips for a New Father to Be

Stay Calm. Babies will cry. Your scariest moment in life, me at least, is when you bring your baby home the first time. Read parenting books geared to Dads. You will be ignored in the delivery room, it's not about you. Be there for your wife now. Do whatever your wife tells you during the birthing process. nurse will also probably treat you like a stepdad, get used to it. And, The best advice I can give...Just be there for your child, no matter what age. Take an interest in their interest. they willnot care or remember how much money you have set aside for them now or ever.
