Folks, Be very careful as to where you bring your older car for Virginia State Inspection. If the car mechanic rejects your car inspection and put in all kind of stuff that you need to fix, you have to fix it. You cannot bring your car to some other places and reinspect without fixing the problems....

Normally the PPE required for a dental visit is not as rigorous as what is required for a somewhat highly contagious virus. There are increased costs due to the extra PPE. One could always ask for the dentist to use the minimum.

To start, the funds stay in escrow until the HOA signs off - totally signs off. Funds may be disbursed to a contractor for payment on the items that are necessary.

I would not release the former owner from any liability until I had the HOA sign off.

Typically, in a 401K - the Dividends are automatically reinvested into the same fund as generated the dividend. Look at your transactions - you should see the dividend pay out - and then get reinvested.

Funny - the title company i have used do want to use Wired funds - as then they have the funds available, but then for the Seller - they want to write a check and not send a wire - or have the Seller pay the wire transfer fees.

I would not fill out a requested W-9 form if I was the treasurer of your HOA. The Dues are not paid to YOU, they are paid to the HOA. Your SSN/TIN is now what should be shared with a third party.

There are plenty of ways to encrypt a file - WinZip has an encrypt option. Word can be used, but make sure the encrypt option is chosen vs just a password protected word file. Just a password on a file does not mean that the file is encrypted.

Locking a key fob in a safe spot on a car - is really no better than leaving it unlocked. The fob will work - and allow the doors to be opened and car started. But, no fear, eventually the battery will run out on the fob and secure the car.

I can say that I have never heard of a 2 year contribution period - and it makes no sense to me either.
