Hey guys,
So I totally understand disciplined investing, what I would love to know though if I anyone here uses any options signals service or forum? I want to play with some options, but don't have time to actively scan. Hoping someone can recommend a service that pushes day trade signals.

Anyone can sell a loan anytime. Small bank can be acquired. Don't worry too much. Stick to WF, citi, chase. Get a low enough rate that no one wants to buy your loan. No one probably wants me 1.75% rate.

I read my loan documents carefully. Turns out, of you got a crazy low rate, you can transfer the loan to anyone (given they meet qualification).
