A+B+C=$2541.50 E=$395 Lender Credits -$2945.28 The APR in loan calculation in page5 is not equal to interest rate in page1 even though this loan is no cost(A+B+C+E-Creidts=-$8.78). I am refinancing through Loan Depot. Very positive experience so far and their 15 year rates are very competitive to the market. Expecting to close within the next few weeks.
