My lock expires on the 10th. My processor ordered my HOA docs on the 3rd but said that the turn around time is about 7 to 10 business days so they'll be extending the lock to accommodate that.

Has anyone been able to get the appraisal requirement waived with Lenderfi? I couldn't get mine waived with LenderFi. My LTV is 74.5% and loan amount is $749.5k. When I was on the phone with my loan officer I heard him trying different things on his computer but his system wouldn't let him waive it.

Owning.com seems to have responded to the FHFA fee postponement. They have gone back to no cost (same rate and APR) for now. Yesterday they were charging a 1 point origination fee.
