I have neither. I would not get a debit card due to their less safety issue. Once or twice a year I go into a branch and get $200 or so in cash. That's the rate at which I use cash, for things like farmers' markets, tipping at peapod pickup, etc.

I would be hesitant to use a powered mop on any floor that is hardwood (and probably including any engineered wood). If your floors are tile it shouldn't be an issue.
