You want to make sure the company has a big crew and their own wood chipper truck.

Lease German cars. Never buy them.

My coworker went from a Lexus SUV to a BMW X5 and had nothing but issues.

He said he was spending thousands to fixes issues here and there.

did you do internships when you were in college?

I know someone who got his EE degree from UCLA and couldn't find a job for almost 2 years in 2005. He ended up doing tech support.

1. RetiredCSProf is right. You want your kid to finish a CS degree. A lot of programs are very challenging and end up scaring kids to change majors to something easy.

I bought a 6 ft fence post for 12.73 and place it between two tree trunks to make a pull up station.

I can do pull ups or abs exercises using perfect fitness ab straps.

One of my friend's parent stopped paying her life insurance and died 4 months later unexpectedly from a flu at 66.

My friend is going through a no fee refi and the rate lock expires in 2 weeks.

If they don't close before the rate close expires, would she be liable for any of the fees? e.g appraisal fees?

Every maker, car year, and model can require different coolants. For example, a 2008 Toyota may require premixed but a 1999 Toyota may require self-mixed. If you are not sure, call your dealership. For Toyotas, you can always buy oil filters, coolants, transmission fluids, and etc. from their dealer...

Try to look for a 10 to 15 year old Camry or Toyota. Have a mechanic check it out.

Don't buy certified used. I would buy new instead.

I did many things wrong but I did 3 things I don't regret. 1. Career change from one field to another. You can do this up to 35ish. 2. Started taking health seriously. I lost a lot of weight around 33 after picking up a sport hobby. 3. Travelled a lot for work. Went to Brazil 10x, Asia, Europe, etc....
