Toilet paper rolls have been shrinking. These days the "double" rolls are less than the single rolls a few decades ago. Just like bond yields, the golden days of toilet paper are...um, behind us. Real bogleheads use recycled single-ply . It's the Corolla/Timex of toilet paper. Yes and use both sides.
