But I would note that a normal overweight person who simply focuses on low caloric intake, but still eats starches and sugars and potatoes, will be creating enough extra insulin to keep them always hungry. If you go with the Live TV option, I highly recommend Channel Master. Their box is the size of a notebook and has a wifi option to get 14 days of programming on the menu. Truly awesome.

Schwab still offers a physical token for its 2FA. I got that over the phone app since the reviews on the phone app were awful and your phone can be hacked. I've gone retro on those hackers! hah.

And fancy home theater with wired speakers. It turns out a sound bar is 98% as good, much cheaper and super easier. (hint - the rear speakers in a home theater are used very seldom and most all the sound comes from the front anyway)

Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. Stayed there with family twice. Elegant, but also reasonable. Huge, beautiful breakfast will hold you all day. Not a long walk to Ponte Vecchio, but in a quiet location. Highly recommend.

I am not sure. From what I see there is confusion. Investopedia says FannieMae and FreddieMac are NOT covered by the full faith and credit of the US. http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/07/mbs-guarantee.asp. But i agree with you, that is the heart of the issue.

Yes. The bigger issue is processing. Kodak is rolling out a new service where you buy the film and the price includes them processing it for you, sending you the film and them uploading it digitally for you to download.
