Congrats on the baby!

I would check if the mortgage deferral impact your ability to refinance in the future. I read a post here a few weeks ago indicating a lender would not accept a refinance application if an applicant had a deferral history. I can't seem to find the post though.

Educating money and investing for kids

Dear Bogleheads,

How do / did you educate your children about money and investing? Concept of compounding etc. My older kid just turned 13. I want to seed good money habits but I am not sure how to start. Would appreciate if you could shed some lights.
