Consider reducing your hours at work to possibly 60 hours per week. This will help reduce your stress from work and allow you to stay on their health insurance for both you and your wife.

I'm one of the few Bogleheads who is in favor of using international bonds. I use a 75% US / 25% international mix for bonds. Neither or our employers will let us roll our TIRA into our 401k plan.
