A four wire switch is usually found between two three wire switches which means there are three switches controlling the same light. If that is the case you'll need to do some additional digging to find out what is going on.

. The first stage is rated at 46,000 Btu and has never had a problem keeping the house at 68 degrees, and again doesn't run that long even with temperatures below zero. Granted when I built the house in 1984 I did install additional insulation in the walls but you can only go so far with 2x4 studs....

If you are having difficulty extracting the key from the lock that is usually caused by the portion of the key, the 'ramp', that comes in contact with the internal pins during key removal. If you anticipate making many wire transfers in the future it may be worth paying the $50 to avoid charges for wire transfers out of your non-retirement funds. Apparently, Vanguard won't ding Flagship customers for those wire transfers.

I just traveled this road over the Christmas holidays. In addition to what you have done you may want to file a Form 14039 with the IRS to make them aware that you have experienced identity theft. You can get it at the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f14039.pdf

Last year I traded in a 1996 Ford Windstar with 82,000 miles with the original Michelin tires and a substantial amount of tread left on them. This may not be typical and the quality of todays tires may not be the same but if I had to purchase another set of tires today I would go with the Michelins....

In addition to freezing your credit with TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian you may want to file an Identity Theft Affidavit Form 14039 with the IRS and make them aware of your predicament.

They may invite you to get a PIN before filing your income tax this year.
