We will net about 300k cash when our house closes in a few weeks (June 1, 2020). - Ages: 52 & 45 - 4 kids (2 in college, 2 at home). - No debt. - Emergency fund (12 mos) fully funded. - Tax advantaged accounts fully funded for 2020. - 529s fully funded. - Will not be buying another house for 6+ year...

you should re-direct future contributions to the freedom index fund
Makes sense. Done.
I'd also exchange the non index fund you already have for the index target date fund.
Would this result in taxes due since it's selling then buying?
