VTSAX from settlement fund?

I have it where $150 comes out of my check after taxes and goes into my vanguard. So every payday I go and buy total stock market index admiral from my settlement fund. Am I doing it right? And can I buy other stocks besides vanguard?

Have you checked rates at the lenders most often mentioned here - LoanDepot, LenderFi (their quick rates are higher than the actual rates they offer after an application), LoanCabin (if it operates in your state), Better? I tried lender fi but it asked for my social. Wouldn't that result in a hard ...

My current payment is $860 not including taxes and insurance.

And to the person earlier yes I'm rolling the closing cost into the loan.

My thing is wouldn't it be whoever offers the lowest monthly payment save me the most regardless of the rate?

I currently owe $126k on a 30 year at 4%. With the lower rates I'm looking at refinancing. That and hopefully get away from Wells fargo and into a credit union.I'm 5 years in but only have 17 years left due to extra payments. I'm gonna do 40% voya large cap 40% black rock 3000 index and 20% T rowe price new horizons. I'll do bonds and international with my Roth. Would adding a 4th fund to my 401K be a bad idea?

12 % is what I contribute.

I put 8K down if I recall correctly. I got the Pmi dropped last year. 4% interest rate. Itemize? I believe my tax guy does. I just bought bogleheads guide to investing so hopefully that'll open my eyes to some things. and single.
