Holding cash for a bad day or even a downturn is not likely to be better than keeping all of your money invested. Anyone who is too afraid to invest when the markets are doing great will definitely be too afraid to invest when they are doing poorly.

Turned 35 yesterday and I tend toward aggressive growth. Yeah, I am thinking of selling off the bond since I also have a pension with my employer that is completely separate from this IRA portfolio. I also have been wondering if I need to convert this one to a Roth, but that is a whole 'nother deal....
