Agreed that behind his styck he often gave good advice. Calls ate not live and do seem staged. Many of his “News” stories are anecdotal.
Lately he has added more fear to the show. Plus his wife has been given a segment that borders on new age mumbo jumbo, talking about dreams, new beginnings etc.

His recommendation is to contact your advisor. There are always buyers and sellers, not sure the point of your question.

Pay off what you can, as soon as you can. I believe that you are way over extended. Our house is 1/2 yours with double the income. Very comfortable during times of trouble.

On this mornings show, Edelman was telling are people to sell their stock investments if they feel scared. All the while scaring them with evidence of a market drop, cycles show sell off etc. Are you selling?

Neighbor’s BF moved in last year. Nothing but trouble. Apparently doesn't have a job. Blasting stereo, leaving fires unattended, leaving their trash cans in front of our home. Heres a no kill method. Buy a 5 gal plastic bucket with cover. Drill a 1 inch hole in center of cover. Place bait in bottom of pail, place pail where you've seen the mouse. Make sure mouse can access the top of bucket. Works for me.

An environmental major often does not always parallel interests in botany/nature. Take a look at the job offerings for environmental jobs, that may not appeal to her. Also count on getting a masters.

For me it wasn't bad at all. I pulled my money out after the election and then bought back in a while later. Did pretty well. This was pre-BH days. I still don't know what I don't know, but I do try to follow the BH way.

Has anyone ever run a comparison between a 100% vs 50/50 AA using different scenarios? It appears that with bonds paying such low interest, a high percentage in equities may make sense.
