Parents and and their desire to be independent presents me with the issue of going down cellar stairs. Very stubborn people! ( me, stubbon? Nooo, never,....). Thinking a stair lift. Appreciate your experience , brands, quality, cost, reliability.

I invest remainder in stocks. So ass me a 60K State pension, if I use a 4% withdrawal,assumption I would need a 1.5 MM pot to fund with zero draw down assumption.
