Hi, New to West Coast Fl, we booked a deal on flights for a week in early February. Like beach or pool relaxing pool or? Not into night life. Buy copper sulfate on eBay , mix with hot

water, pump sprayer on roof, works great, low cost

I invest remainder in stocks. So ass me a 60K State pension, if I use a 4% withdrawal,assumption I would need a 1.5 MM pot to fund with zero draw down assumption.
