New llc and s corp deadline time crunch?
I’m confused about the rules for forming an llc in New Jersey ( solo- no partner) and then filing to be taxed as an S- corp. Thanks for the link. I agree that she cannot assume a large or even reasonable income as a lawyer--there are too many variables. That's why we want to limit her debt exposure to $60,000. Granted, that's not a small amount but (we hope) not soul crushing either. We're fortunate to have this 529 money...
