Try connecting to the eero via ethernet and also to your router via ethernet. If the eero works via ethernet it is probably wifi related. If the eero doesn't work but your router does it is probably eero related. If neither work it is probably computer related. Eero support is also helpful. If you u...

One reason the ev leases can be so attractive is that the tax credits are rolled into the lease.

It depends - just a few scenarios below. Is the newer higher mileage car a rental return or a car someone used as a Lyft or Uber? Do you live somewhere with harsh winters where there may be a benefit to a car that has been through fewer winters? Are the high mileage car's miles mostly highway while ...

Try downloading a different texting app like textra to see if it is an app related issue.

If that doesn't work the factory reset is probably the simplest.

I think the 7 gives a false sense of security. In your scenario the weak link is not the number of digits but the fact that the code is being texted instead of delivered another way like through an authenticator app.

Re: Received bill from sub-contractor after paying general contractor in full

You didn't contract with the sub for the work. Tell him to go pound sand. After 3 months he could be scamming you. What's he going to do? Get a lawyer and sue you? That will cost him a lot more. Take you to small claims? Judge will ask to see the contract you signed with him. When he can't show it,...

Re: Received bill from sub-contractor after paying general contractor in full

You will want to look at your state's mechanic's lien law. Often there is a requirement of notice from the sub before the work starts plus a notice requirement to assert a claim. If you determine sub did not give the notice then it is the GC's problem.
