You will want to look at your state's mechanic's lien law. Often there is a requirement of notice from the sub before the work starts plus a notice requirement to assert a claim. If you determine sub did not give the notice then it is the GC's problem.

consider trying the Camry LE hybrid. It costs more than the LE but is more powerful, quieter, has better fuel economy, and some additional features.

FYI the 2020 CRV has some updates including for better or worse the LX now has the turbo engine (and the honda sensing safely features).

I am a big fan. Reasonable prices, good quality, much better styles then Costco, and good service. I like the home try on option for frames. I also have a store close by and the customer service is excellent and they really know how to properly adjust their glasses.

I recently installed a couple. I have an abode alarm system and they integrate with the system so in addition to the audible alarm I get a notification on my phone.

The current accord has a very low stance. You almost feel like you are falling into the car. I imagine it could be difficult to get in and out of for someone your mother's age.

With the AWD and being comfortable enough for Road trips with teens in the back I think your best bets are probably a used Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, or Subaru Outback or maybe a Mazda CX-9. They may be more expensive then what you want to pay.

By one definition above, hiking To Everest Base Camp would be considered ‘light hiking’ as the daily mileage and elevation gains are on the low side. Another reccomendation for Road scholar. They also have trips with grandkids. My son did one this summer with my parents and it sounded like a great trip. It also took the planning load off the grandparents and gives the kids other kids to hang out with.

I like blackblaze. Simple to set up and then you can pretty much forget about it. Simplicity is important to me in a backup so it just happens and I don't have to worry about losing data because I forgot to toggle a setting etc.

We just replaced our 2007 CRV with a 2019 Mazda CX-5. We thought the mazda drove better and was nicer on the inside then the 2019 CRV. I also was concerned about the oil issue in the crv especially since I live in a cold climate and often am driving short distances.

I wouldn't tell them you are disabled. It sounds like based on your post that you don't have a lot of options beyond the Kia. If the dealer knows you have few options it won't help your negotiating position. Not sure if you are aware but the full 10 year 100,000 mile Kia powertrain warranty only app...

Bosch. To aid in drying use the disenfect cycle. I had a new kitchen aid that leaked and after multiple trips they couldn't figure out the issue. I got the store to take it back and went with Bosch.

By contract it is the tenant but the landlord is ultimately responsible to the city if the tenant doesn't do it since he is the property owner.
