While the oil issues on the honda are certainly a concern you will probably do better overall on reliability with the Honda. I think the Honda is probably also a nicer vehicle. Have you looked at the Mazda CX-5? We just got one and my wife and I both thought it was nicer than the CRV.

One more thing to look at if you don't mind the hassle is looking at multiple rentals each under 30 days and seeing if the total is less. I think sometimes once you go over 30 days the rates go up.

If you are inclined to go for something bigger a Camry may not be all that much more than a Corolla. I think Camrys are being pretty heavily discounted. Not sure if the same is true for a Corolla.

Tuft and needle also has the 100 day free return policy. The mattress doesn't actually get returned, I think it gets donated.

I've only test driven. I know that if you turn off lane keep assist it will stay off until you turn it back on - don't need to turn it off every time. Unfortunately the same is not true for auto stop start.

Blind spot monitoring is not standard on all trims.

Delivery from Ikea if you buy at the store is probably ok. The online ikea is a disaster for orders and deliveries. I agree with avoiding that.

If you go the Pacifica route you may want to look at a new plug in hybrid Pacifica. With the federal tax credit and if your state has a tax credit it may be in your price range.

A few thoughts on Ikea. Quality varies widely. Much of the stuff is really cheap garbage but there are some decent pieces. I look for stuff not made with particle board. One thing to consider on the SE is if you are OK with the ride compared to the LE or XLE. The SE has bigger wheels and a different suspension so it may ride a little rougher.
