I live in NJ and own a lot of individual NJ MUNI bonds already. I am in the 35% federal tax bracket.

I have also worked with Rick Ferri and found him extremely professional and very helpful. I would set up an appointment with Rick , he will give you a good 2nd opinion on your portfolio. There is no down side. Best of Luck!

What are the Pro and Cons to the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds?
I am thinking of the 2030. It Seems to do a nice job balancing stocks and bonds without doing much of the hard work.
Am I missing something.

Yes my last advisor put me in the muni’s a while back for the federal and state tax advantages. From what I know they are all highly rated and well diversified. But I will check again tomorrow.
