You might want to try CruiseCompete.com. Just enter the cruise you are interested in and travel agents will respond with quotes.

Mainly the amount of onboard credit they offer is the difference between agents.

You can use GoodRX, or you can file with your insurance. You can’t do both, even if the insurance doesn’t pay anything. A lot of buyers agents will rebate you 25-50% of their commission on a purchase from a builder. That alone is reason enough to use one.
