anyone know WHICH credit bureau the SBA uses? Hate to unfreeze all three when 9 times out of 10, they only use one bureau. (I read whole thread, but sorry if I missed it)

The Massachusetts SBA tweeted saying 1k per employee. That tweet has been deleted now.
Their website still has it -

I don’t believe that’s the SBA website.

hi there friend,

I was having a similar issue

I called e-trade and they said to contribute to 2020 and they would recode it as a 2019 contribution which they did.

I'm not sure why this error occurred.
Same happened to me last year. I had them change contribution year to previous year.

Re: Why not 100% PSLDX?

I am considering adding this to my Roth IRA. Can you purchase PSLDX from Fidelity commission free? Nope - you can't even purchase it period (advisor fund, but on calling it's a no) -- if you transferred it in rules might be different. No... spoke to representative. Even transferring in doesn’t allo...

Re: EIDL amount?

Has anyone received the advance yet, and do we know how the SBA computes the EIDL/EIDG amount? I ran across an SBA SOP document that indicates that under the simplest computation the "economic injury" is 1/3 of your annual sales × your gross margin % (page 74). Based on the info collected in the st...

Re: Stimulus help for small businesses, sole proprietors, s-corp etc

Appears so. From my reading so far, language seems to indicate can’t be used for “same purpose”. So using EIDL for weeks 0-8 payroll.... then PPP loan for weeks 9-16 payroll would still be “same purpose”. The 9-16 payroll would not be forgiven, even though used for different dates. Hopefully can get...

For self-employed/1099 creatives who have lost employment due to covid-19: everyone is fixated on the one-time $1200 check but for the first time ever, freelancers (even students) are eligible for unemployment pay + $600 per week through 7/31 https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EUL2z1eXkAAoVxq?format=jpg&n...

I believe the new Secure Act changes the 1,000 hour employee rule to 500 hours in 3 consecutive 12 month periods. Just for future reference.

Does your 401k offer PSLDX? Been looking at my options and it appears that my solo 401k at E*TRADE has it available to purchase with no minimum and $20 fee.

You don’t use their phone app to track your steps. The step count comes from Apple Health app or Google health app. Only data (step count in this case) you give the bank app permission to access from the Apple Health app is shared.

There is no difference in contribution deadline.
That’s what I concluded as well from what I could gather reading IRS material. Do you have any source you could direct me to?

That’s the issue.... waiting for clarification on the QBI rules before deciding to go with Roth. From reading all I could find from IRS and other sources, I could not find anything stating Roth contribution had a different deadline than traditional.

Does tax loss harvesting into a Roth make sense though? Being you don’t pay taxes on gains anyway.
