Do you have any input on how one finds the best high-end doctors and specialists? There are plenty of medical-rating websites, but it's hard to figure out who to trust.

Is the three fund portfolio also a good asset allocation once a person is retired, as opposed to saving for retirement? We went from 60/40 in the Three-Fund Portfolio a few years ago to 50/50 as I approach retirement (Dec. 31!), and we're planning to keep 50/50 in the Three-Fund Portfolio going for...

I'm the guardian and conservator for my mother, who is deep in dementia. Her assets are with Ameriprise, which has a local representative Mom worked with for years. When it became necessary for me to take the responsibility, I had recently finished the process of consolidating my assets at Vanguard....

I've just finished reading this 47-page thread after starting a few days ago. Brilliant! Thank you, Mr. Larimore, for everything you've put into this and doing it with such grace and wisdom. Did I read correctly that you saw combat in the Battle of the Bulge? You are doubly a hero to us all.
