Re: Turbo Tax Accuracy?

Edited for accuracy: While I have not experienced any direct computational errors, 2018 NJ State Return version (for reporting 2018 taxes) did have a significant issue during reporting of tIRA to Roth IRA conversions - it seems that it did not automatically check a box on a form that it should have ...

Re: Done with my Wealthfront experiment

Set up WF savings about six months ago. Interest rate was good. It started around 2% I think. Then down to 1.75, 1.2, and now it is at .26%. They used to notify me when they were dropping rates. That stopped too. Closed the account. I park a little cash in Worthy Bond and it's been paying 5%. Trave...

Look for reviews of this bank on Depositaccounts.com and then enter "ablebank bank reviews" on google. Then make your decision if you would trust this entity with your money.

I personally would not regardless of any published rates.

@drdrgolf Sounds like your TurboTax installation is hosed on Windows 10. Have you tried to uninstall TurboTax through the Control Panel/Remove/Add Program? If yes (and it did not work), the only solution might be a clean-up/removal of all TurboTax entries in a Windows 10 machine's registry. If you'v...

If it truly somehow is a protection, that means they have to compare the fingerprint to some sort of a national police database. Somehow I doubt that is what they are doing. I think you’re missi...
