Re: Comcast Grievance - How to get their attention?!

Comcast is notoriously bad. I have a friend who would accost Brian Roberts (Chairman) in the men's room of the Four Seasons Hotel restaurant. But it worked. Write a letter to Brian Roberts or David Cohen (Sr EVP). That should work. My daughter was having real problems with Comcast, so I told her if ...

I am searching for a Medicare Advantage PPO in the Southeastern PA (Philadelphia area). Does anyone have any experience with these two or others that they'd r...

I really think it depends on the company you work for, your particular area, and your boss. I am not in house but have many friends who are. For the most part, they work as hard as they did in big law (Weil and the like), they do over better control over their schedule but the stress is not less. I...

Re: How to remove minor scratches from Manufactured Hardwood floors:

If the markers do not adhere, it may be that you need to apply something like a stain (minwax or similar) or even a stain within a polyurethane finish, like Minwax Polyshades. I would try the stain first. Wipe off any excess outside of the scratches immediately so that the stain / polyshades is only...

Hi, OP. I think you know the decision already. Keep in mind that when you buy that house, you are also buying all the time you could have spent in the house year round. So, if you don't rent it out to other people, you are paying rent even for time you don't spend in the vacation house. From a fina...

For an unsecured loan, it won't matter much which state's attorney you use. If you are planning on getting a financial institution mortgage on the property, they will almost certainly prohibit a second mortgage by your parents. Also, if you need the parent loan because you can't finance more of the ...
