I have switched away from TT to freetaxusa, but I think I remember that you don't have to have TT on your computer. You can just do a web browser and keep files saved on your computer.

Wife is 6yr older than me and we do treat ours as a whole. Since my wife is older we have her with more bond/fixed while mine won't be touched 6yrs later so more total stock in mine. We are 55/45 but if you were to only look at mine its over 60/40.

Setting your AA and rebalancing when outside of that will do the same thing. Whether your 90/10, 80/20 etc the market drops or goes up you need to rebalance back to your AA. Sounds like your younger and you probably are adding money monthly, in a declining market your buying VTI or market is rising ...

Label or relabel circuit breaker box. The writing fades over time and verify it is labeled correctly. Also make sure to have a fire extinguisher.

You still have not told us car make and model. Front wheel drives can have cv joint noise or bearing noise transmit out to the wheels. Also new brakes could have a loose bolt or improper brake pad install.
