Vanguard doesn't offer an HSA. Go with Fidelity. Its free. Thats what I did.

I-bonds. Put 10k for you and 10k for spouse now and repeat each year. Overpay your taxes and tuck 5k more in. Buy another 10k/year in the name of your trust. 35k/ yr. Interest is state tax free. Currently 1.68%

For condo listings in Kauai we have liked Parrish Kauai. Extensive listings, good accurate pictures. They run a Black Friday sale that offer a significant savings. 10+ stays and we have not been disappointed.

Invest in your 401k up to ( at least) the company match. Stay in low cost Total Stock Market Funds. No bonds until 45-50 yrs old. Max your IRA each year. Live below your means. Do not hold individual stocks. Sell company stock that was purchased at a discount as soon as is allowed

Try to ease out of it. I also didn't know any better when I was young. The company stock has lost half its value, and had I been in vtsax I would be in a much better position. Speaking from experience here.

I have seen large differences in costs at different facilities. It is worth getting a cpt code and calling around to find lowest price ( I have a high deductable and saved $1100 on an ultrasound)

Do not borrow from your 401k. You will lose out on the earning potential of the borrowed funds. Keep your discipline and don't touch that money until retirement.

Being in your early 30's, you have a long time horizon until you will be using this money. It would be best to keep adding to it and investing in a low cost total stock market index fund. Over time the market goes up. Ignore the daily noise. Stick to your investment plan.

Recently spent a week at a lakefront vrbo in Lake Ozark. Not so much a beach area, but swam everyday off the well stocked (kayaks, floaties, tubes, pedalboat) dock. Close enough to drive to. Boat, jet ski rentals abundant.

Ask your pharmacist if the prescribed med has a similar generic drug that has a mechanism of action like the brand name drug with similar effectiveness. Ask your Dr to change the order to that generic.

Definitely recommend Chernobyl (hbo) . 5 part series tells the chilling true story of nuclear meltdown in Russia and mismanagement after. Also enjoyed the series Friends from College on netflix. Kind of funny and sweet and sad too. Mollys Game on Hulu. True story and well told.

We just converted vtsax MF to vti (equvilant ETF) . I contacted Vanguard customer service and was told it could be done via phone call.
