I recently installed hardwood in 90% of my house and have used different kinds of pads depending on weight of furniture and or whether it gets moved around a lot(like kitchen chairs, etc). Okay another question. I just ran the scenario if I had done this on Jan 1st, 2017 thru dec 31, 2017 and then ytd for 2018, if my calculations are correct my ej funds would have out performed your suggestion by 1%( not huge) although I hate paying the high fees and lord knows what else their getting...
