CNBC does mention the yield often but it's nothing like Seeking Alpha.

I own some REIT stocks and I wouldn't kick the dividend out of bed. I've been getting some appreciation and yield. I'm not a trader and acquired these REITs from RSU from old jobs.

Also, considering buying closer to the end of the month, quarter, year.

IMO the best time this year to buy new would be to start the "grinding process" Dec 26th or 27th making sure you leave room to close the deal prior to the end of the year.

Just an observation,

Many replies to this thread talk about Google's privacy, security, as the reason to use an iPhone. Yet many here talk about using Google Voice for sms auth, or home phones or Chromebooks accessing their financial accounts. It doesn't add up to me.

I have the Money Market rate just dropped to 1.9% I use it as my hub account.

I only do 2-4 withdrawals per month. It looks like other than the minimum there isn't a difference between the MM and the new Performance Savings.

I wouldn't call YoutTubeTV as having a "signal" YTTV relies on your internet, and your device, and how the device connects to the internet (wifi or ethernet). If any of those are sub par they YTTV picture quality will be less than optimal.

I will tip movers, or workers that are at my house "laboring" I also tip about 18-20% when out. But I really dislike when people receiving tips complain about bad tippers. My advise that that is to get a job that doesn't rely on tips.

IMO all good replies, Consider making sure your business actually makes a buck or two before you get bogged down with corporate structures and such. Separation is good but make sure the business is viable.
