HomeServe home warranty?

Does anyone here buy a warranty from HomeServe? I've been having HVAC issues and am wondering if I should look into a warranty service going forward as my systems are starting to age.
I'm aware pre existing conditions won't be covered.

Florida in the winter and Massachusetts in the summer. +1 Massachusetts gets a bad rap but other than the hectic pace of life its actually a very nice place to live IF you work in a high salary industry. * Lots of high tech, bio/pharma, and finance jobs within the Boston metro. * Our taxes are actu...

I run a pihole on a raspberry pi to block ads. I also use a custom hosts file. It's likely overkill but I like tinkering.

My PiHole dashboard shows it's blocking a crapload of domains something over 1,315,000.

I have had their 3% for 3 months. So far I like it. They lack bill due notifications and seem to be somewhat low tech. I have had to talk to them a few times about pulling a payment from Fido (not Alliant's fault) and they were very helpful.

Good luck with the new job. I think “haggling” sales experience is useful for many careers. I worked as an IT lead and manager. I was strong in most areas but “weak” negotiating with vendors. A year of car sales experience would have been useful. Remember that in future resumes and interviews. A go...

Just verifying what I read. I guess the "benefits" of the dryers are for the owners of the building -- and not the users of the restrooms.
