Pass the ball with a friend outside or in the hallway. In my opinion, really important not to make a big deal out of these activities or the warm-up. I would not encourage anything structured. That’s why I say passing the ball with a friend. No need for stretching, structured running, drills, etc. ...

i am sure i will like pistachio oil and macadamia oil. thanks for the info. i would probably get them for dipping or salads.

what would be a reasonably price oil for frying? i would hate to use $5-$6 worth of avocado oil each time to make french fries.
