Yes Wealthfront just became a lot more "common". Wondering if the high original rate was just a way to drive money into their accounts to build assets for the brokerage offerings.

I did 529 pre paid for both my kids when they were born. You do not have to use your home state. No investments I could come up with matched the rate of increase of college tuition at the time. 18 years later both worked great, I used my GI bill first one and rolled her 529 to our son which doubled ...

Started test rides today. Rode Felt 1A3 with disc brakes and Di2 electric shifters. While I liked the brakes and shifters, I did not care for the frame or the ride. Rode the Cervelo P3 and am hooked on that so far. Very responsive and nicely balanced! Rep there said the Cervelo P3X does not do well ...

My only advice is that, if you use ATMs at all, get a checking account that refunds those ever-increasing ATM fees. Schwab and USAA do that I know. Great to get her thinking about TSP! Remember contribution limits go way up when deployed to a combat zone, and there is a 10K, 10% USG savings plan that is offered during deployment as well. She will also be able to deduct her tIRA if she chooses that over Roth. Retired USN.
