VG has a new app called Beacon. It's in play store. Don't know about keys but is supports fingerprint login. New look that shows data in a great format, in my opinion. Check it out.

Try an app called Google Lens, you take a photo with your smartphone and it will search for images. It has been very helpful to me in identification of weed and flower types. Should help, it diagnosed a mildew issue with rosebushes for me.

Scrape back the bark on a few stems where the leaves are falling off. Green is good, brown is a dead branch. Temperature change that you described will not do this to a holly. Working in information systems world I remember stories that paper checks were going to be obsolete by 1980. They are still here. Oil and Nat gas will be around past my lifetime. I have no fear investing in oil and gas with the understanding it will be depressed for a time.

Fairly easy if you don't mind seeing the pipes when you open vanity doors. You might have to modify shelving. If you want to hide the pipes in the wall, a bit more plumbing and drywall repair skill needed. A 1/4 inch slope on drain lines per foot as a reference.

Plumbing is a lot like investing, many ways to go about it. Many plumbers use a little dope on every threaded connection. If you never have had a problem with it, brush on a bit. Kinda like Dollar average or lump sum buying. 20yrs down the road all will be good.

Get a fiberglass door if you replace it. Also a no rot frame where bottom couple of inches on each side are fiberglass so it doesn't soak up moisture.

Also, keep all faucets closed while removing stop valve. Minimal water flow as there is no vent to assist water flow. Turn off MAIN water valve of course.

Shiny green overall, nice size yellow spot, thud when thumping with knuckles. Press all around, any softness leave it. This time of year USA melon is fresh picked. Costco and Sam's have good ones this year. Over 2 dozen bought and all delicious.

My kids were 15 when I added them. Gas funding was main purpose. All purchases pre approved. 12 yrs later they are responsible using their cards in their name. They have 800+ FICO. No need to rush.

I drink 4-5 mugs a day. My body now doesn't recognize coffee as a stimulant. After 2 mugs, heart rate still in 40s or 50s. BP normal. Heart rate does rise during workout to 115. I enjoy the taste. Black coffee only.

A neighbor had their disposal rust out also. They purchased the same model and I installed it for them. Didn't have to swap sink drain. Just used the ring on the unit to mate it up.

Did you try my suggestion of putting probe in a glass of water and then monitor it? Takes all the door open close spikes out. Also the defrost cycle is not exaggerated. Keep it simple
