Is the more expensive window aluminum clad outside? If you are handy at all check into sash kits at a few home centers. Low e, double pane are good. The Argon gas advertised by many leaks out after a few years and is not worth it in my opinion. Sash kits run around$300 per window last time I checked...

Supply lines should have a rubber washer inside connector so no tape needed. Never have seen such a small drain line. 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch all I have ever seen on homes going back to the 40s. Can you connect old drain line to the back of your washer?

Vanguard did this to me on a recent transfer from Wells Fargo. Standard policy was VG response. I had 10 times the amount in my Prime MM so it really pissed me off. Seems everyone wants to make money off your money but you.

I have used the Create System Image in Win10 with success a few times using the bootable CD created at backup time. Switching to a different PC and restoring may cause driver issues, etc. Great tool to restore back to same PC.

Have you ever seen a KIA being driven in the desert or forest by terror groups?? Seriously all they drive are Toyotas. I have owned a few Toyotas, very reliable. A Tacoma had 180K on it and I sold it in 2 days when I was ready to upgrade.

I would leave it at Fidelity. I have always sung VG praises but here lately I can't sing much. You may want to go the other way. I use my son's Fidelity account for research I don't find at VG.

I miss those Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express breakfast commercials. Bet it will be a thing of the past. Planet Fitness cut out bagels once a month before shut down. I may need to buy a waffle maker. Seriously I don't think the beach areas are ready.

Looks like most of Vanguard 7 day yield cut by about 50 pct on Apr 20. This may be posted already but I did not see it. I moved all my settlement account dollars to a 1.5pct online savings at Discover for now. Prime is down also and I am accessing this.

Made a few traps using 2 litre bottles. No luck attracting the wasps. I have tried the sugar, apple cider vinegar mixture and the deli meat in the trap. Meat and mixture at separate times of course. Any knowledge of successful traps and or bait would be great.

I have done a few 25k conversions so far this year. Mkt down, my taxes be higher in the future. I am in the sweet spot, over 59 1/2, retired, pension for income. No social security for 5 more years. Just my opinion on what works for me. Don't overthink it.

I slow smoked a London Broil round roast and a rack of ribs yesterday. Picked up some chuck roast on sale at 3.29lb. I will me smoking these like a brisket and making pulled beef this week. You can buy a battery tender, a trickle charger that plugs into an AC outlet and the clips to your car battery. It will charge it fully then maintain the fully charged level.
