Beware the "we can do it all"firms.
They subcontract service to make it appear they are BIG. In the old days, a plumbing company would have 4 to 6 phone numbers listed throughout the number prefixes for a city. All numbers routed to 1 office.

7 to 13 pct normal exterior wall measurement.
I would back out and go looking unless someone wants to correct with them paying for reinspection. Big trouble is not a great way to start a new home memory.

Pull up a floor register aka vent and measure thickness of the wood floor. 3/4inch is normal thickness. If thinner may have been sanded before or maybe a laminated floor. I would hope floor guys already checked but you never know. Convince the wife the color is just right as is!

As I age my eyes and ears are not like in my 20s. My Moto G7 I paid $260 is at the latest Android level, works great with Bluetooth, Waze, this forum, and all my financial accounts. I own Apple stock and appreciate your help in making it rise.

I had a chat session with ATT awhile back. Told them I wanted to pay off wife's phone and get it unlocked. T Mobile had a deal for 2 lines $70. ATT adjusted my account to the same offer. $140 for 4 lines unlimited. I was on a 15gb plan. Seems all carriers are ready to make a deal to keep you.

Replace it, I suggest Trane, American Standard, Carrier brands. Get several estimates and don't focus on SEER rating only. Takes many years to get payback on the higher SEER.

FYI, old capacitor have PCBs in them. They stopped using it years ago but be cautious. Also that's a reason they fail more frequently now. No PCBs

The paper layer skin of the drywall is very thin. If it is not bubbled or swollen you can spray some clear shellac to seal it then prime and paint. The ones described above, yellow and black are great. I used in my pickup bed for years while doing remodeling jobs. Wire ties or Velcro provide extra lid security if on highway a lot.

Check out air horns designed for motorcycles. Small compressor with minimal hoses. I put a dual trumpet set on my bike and let's just say it was effective at getting the attention of other drivers.

Google your model number and diagnostic mode. You push 2 panel buttons for 8 seconds or so. Self tests run and may throw a code. Google code for part call-out.
