I applied for Refi after getting PPP loan , during underwriting it showed up on my credit report and I had to explain about that and to my surprise after we closed before funding I was asked to provide the PPP loan documents .

I had a very similar issue , my 2014 MBP screen started flickering to a point I couldn't work. I took it to apple store and got it replaced for $350 , expensive repair for sure but I didn't want to replace the laptop as I had too many apps that need to be migrated to a new machine.

In addition to HSA, IRA & 401K, we have Defined Benefits Pension plan. For a solo business owner , you can tuck away addition retirement funds over and above i401k permitting you have cash flow to fund pension.
