we make it work with 3 kids. One is a pretty tall preteen the other 2 are in carseats but they can all fit in same row. Even when we had a 3 row car nobody sat in 3rd row unless we had a guest or 2 driving with us.

I say dont try to convince yourself you need a higher quality tv than what your initial gut filling is saying. I did that once with audio equipment spending a large amount and never really seen a worthwhile difference.

What I did was put on some slickdeal alerts and just wait for the right deal to come up. I got some 5 tier standing shelves and overhead shelves at dirt cheap prices doing this. You will probably get some very good deals come through around Black Friday.

cooling seats are a god send for me. I stay hot and sweat very easily while living in a region that often gets triple digit summer days. Even with AC on max its not going to cool down the heat retained between my body and a hot car seat anytime soon. Cooling seats resolves this.

the biggest value i see in prime is being able to buy stuff with free shipping without having to hit that ever increasing minimum spend amount. I usually dont care if something comes in 2 days vs 3-4 days and often opt for the no rush shipping.

snack food is a very easy way to burn through money. I can buy $100 of bulk snacks at costco such as jerky, nuts, etc and it will quickly disappear from the pantry.

in my kids school district in SoCal teachers make over 100K along with what looks like 25K extra when working summer school. This is in a relatively low cost area compared to OC,LA, San Diego. Add in another spouse pulling in some decent income and it would not be hard to hit 1MM.
