Update, we bought the car and ended up selling about a month ago for a 1K profit. Didnt get a chance to do a road trip with it but it came in handy for some home depot runs.

i recent stripped a mattress for the first time and it certaininly didnt take "several hours". I watched on youtube on how to scrap a matress down. A 99-cent store utility blade and 20 minutes later I went from having to pay to dump a mattress to being able to be paid for recycling the coils.

the best security I have at my current house has everything to do with the location... within a gated 24/7 patrolled community a few miles from the freeway with plenty of non-gated communities for a potential robber to target before getting close to mine.

only advantage for Sams Club for me is much more frequent availability payment discounts to shop there. For example amex will often have a "buy $50 get $15 back" promotion for Sams Club.

I recent put 2 used tires on my car for $70. They were matching Nexens and had a pretty good amount of tread left. But few days later I notice my car now shakes when going above 75mph.

I do not have financial independence but if I did I would still into be big on credit card bonus games. Maybe not to try to chase a $200 bonus but I'd still go for the bigger reward bonuses as well as try to capture any elevated cashback categories such as grocery stores, gas stations, travel, etc.
