Power Blocks which are adjustable dumbbells. But lately I installed a pull up bar which I also use with TRX type straps. So mostly bodyweight with pullups, pushups, etc.

You can accomplish a lot with just bodyweight, trx straps, and a pair of dumbbells.

OP, does the plan include paying any Medicare premiums? Ours is similar except they will pay for part b and the cost of a Medicare advantage plan for life. For me it's working an additional 1.5 yrs to get the benefit so that's the current plan for me.

I'm pretty sure your distribution will be annualized, because that's what will be on your tax return. Ex. $12,000 IRA distribution would be $1,000 per month. Call your county human/social services to confirm.
