If there is water in it, it's a boiler not a furnace. A furnace heats air.
You may have to replace the expansion tank.

Cruise Cancellation

Has anyone had a cruise cancelled by the cruise line after being paid in full and received a cash refund? Was the refund for the total amount including the travel agent fees? Do the travel agents lose their commission if the cruise line cancels the cruise?

IRS suspended the RMD from 401's and IRA's for 2020. Might be a good idea to do a Roth conversion for the amount of the RMD.

If you were over the maximum social security earnings amount ($132,900) I don't think it would matter. Medicare never tops out.

I really know nothing about firearms but have a question. Should firearms be secured while inside a house or is it acceptable to have them laying on a night table? If a home is broken into while unoccupied I would think that a firearm would be stolen.

Wife and I take 2 or 3 major vacations a year. For us, the AF for this card is worth the cost in travel insurance even without the $300 credit. We are in our 70's. The older you get, the more expensive travel insurance is. Plus we get the 3% credit that we use at 1 1/2 times the valve.

I have an 11 year old 75 gal BW gas WH. I replaced the anode rod twice. It was an easy job since the anode rod was located on the top and was not connected to the outlet. Bought it on-line from SupplyHouse.com for about $16 + shipping.

I don't think the Chase insurance is any different from other travel insurance claims. They make you jump through hoops to get reimbursed.
I think Chase uses Aon for the insurance.

I tried the 2019 form and got the same weird results. Clearly a bug. It only doubles entries in lines 13 & 14 (2017-18). I then tried the 2018 form. It has lines 1-13 for years 2005-17. I have hard wired interconnected smoke alarms. Had a 4 day power outage a few years ago. The back up batteries (which I change annually) started giving low battery beeps in a few days.
