Re: Refinance Mega Thread

Closed on my aimloan refi. Got funded today. I ranted about them up thread, but after that my wife sent a strongly worded letter to the CEO. He responded , apologized, and they took immediate action to remedy our problem. Two days after that email, they had a notary at our house closing (again). So...

No at all. People will die of heart disease. To say with certainty that people will only die if the hospitals are full is mind boggling. People with heart attacks won't be saved if ambulances/ERs/hospitals are all unavailable. Bingo!. In my opinion, People will get Covid-19 whether we reopen or not. People are going to get the cold or the flu whether we reopen or not. Pretty sure China has not tested their entire population...so straw man. That we need a robust testing program does not equal the ability to test 350M people. Okay. That's reasonable for testing in a hospital or clinic setting. I think the Abbott test gives results in less than 4 hours. Given the last few days rising death toll, I decided to go back and look at an exponential fit, which, at the rate of increase for the last 5 days, would have the US hitting 100K deaths by 4/22. The logistic fit would result in 22K+ deaths by 4/22. Are you an optimist or a pessimist? https://i.post...
