OP, The net worth excluding the house should be 2.5 times or greater than the house's price. For example, if you want to buy a 400K house, your net worth excluding the house should be 1 million. Sounds like the banked pto will be reduced if not used. Ours allows women to use up all pto time before going on unpaid leave. In return, they keep them on the headcount. Overall, that’s pretty fair.

If possible, get seats under the overhang. You’ll be in the shade and they won’t be quite as rowdy there.

Please note the buses going into wrigleyville will be packed and rowdy as game time approaches. Consider a taxi or Uber to drop you off near the ballpark.

A dog should never be more than 2 feet away from owner and on a leash when being walked in a public space. Nothing worse than dealing with people who allow their animals to roam away from them.
