I applied for a Renewal for my Global Entry on July 7, 2019, I literally just got my approval this morning, that 7 month wait for a renewal. My wife and 2 kids did it at the same time and they got renewed literally in one week. There is no rhyme or reason if you end up in the black hole like I did.
