Among those options, Purdue offers the best bang for the buck. It is a really big school, if that matters.

They cover most engineering disciplines and the reputation is good- resume value.

The last time I bought a cable modem I returned my leased unit to Comcast and bought one on Amazon for $70.

Now Comcast is “recommending” that I upgrade and pointing me to Amazon where the new modem costs almost $200.

Front wheel drive. Have tires with identical size (i.e., mileage/age) on the front wheels. Don’t rotate until you replace all four tires.

Risk tranny damage with unequal tires on the fronts.

FYI CloudFlare recently announced (Apr 1) a new globally available free DNS service at 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1. I own Hondas and Toyotas. Both are pretty darn good. Probably more difference model-to-model than manufactuer-to-manufacturer.

I will say that Toyotas are easier to work on.

I have a large yard to mow also. It takes 40 minutes with a 48 inch lawn tractor. A battery powered mower for that sized lawn is a pipe dream.

This Old House is, IMO, a dubious source of information. They generally parrot brochure-speak, especially from sponsoring companies.

Had simlar experience. Looked up Youtube videos on how to replace. For my car, it was not too hard. Bought a replacement unit at Rockauto. Took it to an auto body shop to get it painted. Did the replacement work myself in less than 2 hours.

Following the video was key to success.

Looks like the Highlander went to a sheetmetal oragami class.

Very happy with my 2018 RAV, including its looks. I would be curious to see the interior of this one. Some car makers are throwing dozens of buttons into cars- to the point of confusion.

Facebook, Amazon an Google collect far too much information surreptitiously and with no oversight. I never use Facebook, will never buy an Alexa, or Ring doorbell and block everything possible when using Google.

Bosch Icons work for me, but you cannot evaluate blades in a vacuum. Weather, usage, how clean you keep the windshield and whether the car is garaged all impact effectiveness and longevity. IMO, cost it irrelevant. If you can't see where you're driving in the rain then saving a couple bucks is unwise.

CVTs have been around a while but they don't feel like a normal transmission. The Toyota gearbox is rock solid.

A Camry is a fine vehicle is you want reliable, safe transportation.

You can do more bargaining on a sedan than you can on an SUV. Sedans don't hold resale as well as SUVs, however.

In which case buy a programmable drip coffee maker (Kitchen-Aide make a good one, as do others) and set it up for 2 cups the night before. You will save money on the coffee and on the coffee maker.

You can't change hisotry, so no sense in quetioning what you did or why.

I would sell it back to M-B for whatever I could get, accept the loss and buy a new Acura/Toyota/Lexus SUV. In a year you will be reveling in the money you saved on maintenance, insurance and depreciation.

Amazon typically has a good price for TurboTax- better than the supposed discounts offered by my brokerages, employers, etc. That's the power of volume.

Determine the best tires. Quality is paramount for tires and Tire Rack has great information. Then I shop the Discount Tire website to see if they have that tire and if they do, troll the site for sales. When do they do or if I can't wait any longer I go buy them. Simple.
