If you can, pull the agitator off to fully clean under it. Run it through a couple of cycles while it's empty. This is to clear out the rest of material that will still be inside between the outer and inner tubs.

I'm sure there are better ways but I have about 75gb worth of music that I've loaded onto my home computer/media center, a tablet and a cell phone and play these local files through VLC or YouTube music. Creating some playlists makes it easier, though I have no trouble search for individual songs, albums or artists. No streaming or data used.

Re: Home Security Systems - Recommendations
We're in a low crime suburban area too and have never seen the need for them. In many/most communities burglar alarms are a low priority response for the police and if you're off traveling, what are you going to do anyway? A fire alarm may have some merit, but the battery operated ones work just fine too for when your at home. Our only "security" item is a couple of Alexa Shows that we will drop in occasionally while we're away and "Yep, the house is still there..." is the usual refrain when we look.
. TBH, When we're away, our neighbors are aware and have our number should anything serious happen.

I assume this is just because its trying to trick me into paying for premium to add business deductions I don't have but I'm new enough at this that things saying they "need review" bother me. Can anyone confirm? ....... Needs review generally means there is a error, mismatch, forgotten entry/check mark, etc..in your entry. Double checking and sometimes looking at the Forms View has normally helped resolving these errors for me. FWIW, I doubt the are any tricks bei...

Re: Should I Sell / Lease Land for Cell Tower Use?
When I was working in local government, we had tower leases at several of our towns properties. These were usually for 10 years @ $2k-$3k/mo with annual increases of 2-5 percent, depending on location. If they colocated (shared tower with another service) the rent increased. Depending on the location we also asked for site improvements like upgrading the electrical, cable, ability to install our own antennas, etc which were rarely refused. Great deal for us in public safety and ultimately, for the taxpayers.
Attorney definitely needed.

Look at the menus, if there is English and Italian on them then keep moving. Find places that have only Italian on their menu. The food will be better, and so will the prices. Ask locals where they go out to eat when it's time.

Think of driving a house down bumpy, sometimes unimproved roads being shaken. You're constantly tightening or reconnecting plumbing and electrical connections, sealing water leaks, etc....and that's just for the living area. Now add regular vehicle maintenance on a vehicle that may be driven low, but hard use miles. If one is handy and doesn't mind the time that may be involved it's great. If not, it can be a drag.
