Maybe I missed something, but as I read your post you state that they replaced the carb, not a cleaning. What did they actually do? What is on your receipt? Depending on what was done the dealer may have submitted the wrong info for warranty reimbursement.

We use Chase autopay for some bills. If we want to manually pay early or pay a different amount, they give us the option of doing so just for the upcoming payment or for the entire series of payments. It's hard to mess up. BOA doesnt have something similar?

While the incident rate is extremely low, in cities where the infrastructure is old the probability of a main line leak naturally goes up. The units that are portable are good for travellers too.

Other than SWA, Google flights is a good source to compare. Be sure to book directly through the airline as it provides the best protection in case of delays, missed connections etc.

Part of the annual maintenance usually will include cleaning and inspection of one of the most critical parts for performance and safety, the heat exchanger. Many DIY's overlook or dont know what to look for when they do look at it. Let a pro do it, it's cheap insurance.

I wont comment on the financials but is there a reason for looking at the 4Runner? That's a big jump from a Forrester in size and ride. A 4Runner is solid offroad but it is more trucklike and handling on road may not be to ones liking. In similar class, have you looked at a Highlander or Pilot?

I had something similar a few years ago. Check for hair and scum from the bowl to the p trap, clean. Then run a snake after the p trap as far as possible. When I did this everything was fine. Amazing the garbage that was restricting things.

Swipe fees are just part of it. Those that carry a balance month to month at 17 % plus, that's their gravy. Those that churn and pay off monthly are where the so called "losses" are, imho.

Why make this the weak link? Every bathroom remodel I've done, the shutoffs have been replaced. Over the years the build up of calcium, rust etc makes for a real mess when you actually have to use them. They're cheap enough to replace, never had a issue swapping them out.

Is the air filter a "Allergy" style, that is more dense? These are restrictive and will cause airflow issues. Pull it out for 8 hours or so and see what happens.
