I can't believe some people here would refuse to accept a certified letter. One of the ressons previously stated is that the sender is attempting to establish a paper trail. I don't know how often Vanguard rebalances. Probably daily. I use individual funds but follow VSMGX asset allocations. You will get many opinions here on how much international to hold. I rebalance on my birthday.

At restaurants I tip on the pre-tax amount and then adjust and add an extra amount if I had tiped on the whole amount. Ha! Just kidding to see if anyone reads all these comments. Yes, in same allocation as the Life Strategy Moderate Fund. Using the same argument from folks who say they can't see a strong enough reason to hold them, I can't find a strong enough reason not to.

Weber propane grill, 12 years old. Always covered when not in use. No rust. Replaced the AAA ignitor battery 6 years ago - I'm not sure why the batteries last so long! After grilling and when the grill has cooled down I clean the grates with a wire brush and lightly coat them with vegetable oil.
