As others have mentioned, try leaving the GPA off the resume. It's a lot of work, but also try tailoring the resume to each company/position. Yes it will cause issues.
There is an option to leave your 401K with the old employers plan. You won't be forced to move the money to another 401K or IRA.

Keep more of the total bond fund in the Roth and less in the taxable account.
