Review and followup with discrepancies found between what you got from TT2009 and what your accountant provided to you.

If they are the same then you can use the data for this year's return.

The options in your part-time job's 401k are better than those in your full time job's 401k.

I will increase the contribution to the possible maximum in the part-time job's 401k. This is better than adding to a taxable fund.

It depends on how much the bank will approve.

Can take 3 months for the bank to respond.

Another thing to know about short sales is that if there are 2 loans (a first and a second) or more, the process will take longer and is less likely to be approved.

What I'm trying to say is the investor is paying their advisor 1% via the 12b-1 fee. When the 1% 12b-1 fee is reduced to .25%, the advisor is going to simply put them in an advisory account to get his / her 1% back. This makes no sense. An advisor can do what you just mentioned with ETFs and stocks.

Make sure you have tenant's insurance. You will never know the true condition of a used washer/dryer. They could be potential fire hazard.

Do you have a family? How often do you anticipate using the washer/dryer in a week?

A better option would have simply to contribute to a non-deductible trad IRA and immediately convert to a Roth. Especially, since the promotions were already a possibility. The income limitation to convert has been removed.
