Re: Which budgeting software do you use ?

I've tried most of the budgeting software there is... and to be honest, I always get stuck with some exception that I'm not able to model properly and end-up dropping them. I've just recently discovered this amazing spreadsheet and I'm quite happy! https://aspirebudget.com/ Give it a try! That look...

:D $5 for any delivery. More if its a lot of delivery items. Heavy etc. I also try to make it easier for them. Be ready. Tell them to leave it there. Smile. Thank you. It could be me doing the delivery in the future.

Re: what to do with old engineering text books

I remember this nice old lady had her husband's old text books on a shelf. She said for me to pick one for payment for mowing the lawn. The book was written in the 1920's. It was priceless to me at that point and I still have it. I wanted the money but that book had his notes in it. Made me realize ...

I saw Thatcher by random chance and it was worth it. For some reason there was no line and we walked right into the galleries to see the "Iron Lady" . Good memory.

YNAB online version with the chrome add on extension gives you that type of view. Category by month scrolling left and right. In a cell type column row look. Might work for you.

Avalon Hill was a great company growing up. Strat - o - Matic is still around with even more sets of cards for Football and Baseball. Advance play vs basic play to teach the kids. Good times.

http://www.strat-o-matic.com

Playing on a computer vs a board game is easier on the eyes and setup.

mvelopes works for me. Check it out. Might fill your needs. $4 per month plan is all I need. Split away. Also the credit card function is easier than YNAB. It does not track investments. Spreadsheet option - Try tillerhq - Its cool but you have to be an excel/sheets guru. Includes tons of support an...

I am a big fan of the HP Spectre X360 then the Envy. Every manufacturer is fine overall but I just decided that the HP worked for me and exceeded expectations. If your thinking 4 years then buy a little high. Or Plan on two laptops over 4 years. Lower Price. But equals the same for a four-year purch...

Are you at the Size you want to be? If you are going to lose or gain then you have to plan for that. Right now I am losing weight so going cheap with Haggar brand until it gets me into the size I want to stay in is good for now until the next phase of my life.

The outdoor Pools are a big option I look for when I visit. Not the party pools but the relaxing ones with swim-up bars. Mandalay Bay(Older, and good Sportsbook), Cosmo(Young crowd) and Hard Rock(off the strip, Older) were good pools. You do get deal emails all the time. Just sign up maybe?

I took an overnight train from Sicily to Rome. You get the night included but its not a solid night. Something to consider on over night train trips. Might not be as solid as a hotel.

I liked avis for my last rental. Also they gave me an automatic. Small cars won't fit your luggage. So watch the car size. I only drove in Sicily. They did not ask for idl and I did not have one. I always drove slow and let the people cut me off if they want too. Just took it as the normal. I never ...

Re: Can you suggest a mortgage lender who does not resell

None of my three credit unions sold my loans. Good rates, low fees, right down the street when I want to talk to them, the good feeling that I'm a member... Shop around - credit unions in my area are strong, and accept most community residents to their membership. Same for me they were great. But f...
