I withhold 100% of last year's taxes from pension.

Get the blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert. I could have avoided backing into someone if my Camry had one.
I will never again buy a vehicle without these two features. When I sold the Camry I bought a vehicle with these two features.

Get the blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert. I could have avoided backing into someone if my Camry had one.
I will never again buy a vehicle without these two features. When I sold the Camry I bought a vehicle with these two features.

Two options:
You can buy 1- month treasury bills at Treasury Direct and set them to automatically reinvest.
You can setup a high yield savings account at an online bank.

They are not dying.

Nevertheless, if Vanguard mutual funds die off, others will provide mutual funds. If there is a need for mutual funds it will be filled.

Buying a residential property to rent out is a business. We are aware that most new businesses fail but some do succeed. Do proper research and give it a shot if you think that the odds favor you.
I once bought and rented a condominium and it was a painful experience.
