Re: Refinance Mega Thread

On a related note, though, it seems that Better is getting more difficult about doing multiple refis with them during a 6 month period. In the past people were able to do back-to-back refis with them with no issue. Now they don't seem to be allowing it. Yep, our closing was pushed back from Sept to...

Refinanced with Better in early July and on schedule to close on another refi with Better shortly. They just informed me that if we close before late November we would have to pay an early payout fee. Has anyone who has done back-to-back refis with Better encountered this issue? How much is the fee...

Locked a no-cost 2.625% 30-year today with LenderFi. Refi'd from 3.5% down to 3% with ~$3,600 credit (cash + $2,500 Amex credit) in early July. I'm pretty pleased with these results, especially given my relatively lower loan value (under $300k).

I've been a Lastpass user for years since it came out. I've recently grown frustrated with certain things about Lastpass, so I branched out and tried a few few different password managers. Tenant still paying as agreed. We had previously negotiated a small rent increase due to signing a two-year lease. Tenant asked for relief from the rent increase due to a recent 15% pay cut. I agreed to delay the rent increase.

Hi, For those who financed with Better or Lendfi, did you just go with with title company the lender suggested?
