Re: Purchasing Home + Renting out rooms

FYI all, this post was bumped from July 2017, and by someone who seems to be peddling some sort of tenant screening site.

Re: Okay come clean....How man people share passwords for streaming services?

I pay for extra screens from Netflix and I have shared the information with select family members who use it. Occasionally they will throw me some money for maintaining the account.

No lying or stealing involved.

Why would you trust a source that lists several makes (Pontiac, Hummer, Scion, etc.) that are not made any more?
These cars are still on the road. If you were buying a used one, wouldn't you be interested in reliability?

Re: An individual who owes me money wants my routing and account numbers for ACH transfer. Safe?

Enlighten me, can someone then send an ACH transfer WITHOUT having to confirm or test that $1.00 transfer first? Also, for a one-time transaction, I would be very worried that someone would type in the numbers wrong and there goes the money! That's the point of the $1 test transaction. To confirm t...

Re: Is a crash coming soon?

1. There's no way to predict what will happen to the market in the short term Secondly, the longest period in US history without a big recession is 10 years. According to this http://www.macrotrends.net/2324/sp-500-historical-chart-data It's been 9 years since the previous crash. There is no way to...

Re: Is it really Worth it to brown bag your lunch at work?

I've been doing this, but with healthy cereal . I will have 2 bowls of Cheerios 2 or 3 times a week. Eat a regular lunch the other 2 lunches. Not trying to get this shut down, but would you consider something with this ingredient list healthy? Whole Grain Oats (includes the oat bran), Modified Corn...

Re: Do I need an Amazon Echo??.....

I got one about a year ago because I love gadgets and technology. I don't really use it that much. Doesn't help that the dog is terrified of it.

Re: TSA Pre-check for free

I've never gotten TSA Pre-check in my life! Are you sure? Have you actually looked for it on your boarding pass? The first time I got it I didn't even know what it was. Fortunately, it was pointed out to me by a security agent standing near the end of the long line I almost mistakenly got in. Yes, ...

Re: Phone number stolen

I have read that phone numbers are being "stolen" and used for phone scams; that is, when a telephone call is received, the stolen number shows as the CID so it looks legitimate and you are more likely to answer and answer "Rachael" or whomever. My wife received a call a few days ago from somebody ...

Fidelity ESPP Sell upon Vesting

Hello, and apologies if I am posting this in the wrong section.

I have an ESPP through Fidelity. I would like to sell my stock immediately upon receiving it. Does anyone know if Fidelity has an option to set this up? I have looked around on their site but was not able to find anything.

Re: car rental at OGG, any opinions?

We used Budget last year. Waited around an hour and a half. Lucky for us they were out of Ford Focuses and we got a Camaro.

I think with any choice at OGG you will be faced with long lines.
