I was wondering the same thing. The biggest reason I don’t care for a buyer’s agent is because my husband and I are very picky looking for a house, and we’ve seen at least 100 so far. If we had a buyer’s agent, I think we would have driven him or her crazy by now.

These are all good suggestions. I did consider a certificate but I'd be 50 when I was finished, even older. :shock: . I did sign up with 2 temp agencies but got rejected so far after going on a couple interviews (through the temp).

1.) I’m pretty confident there is no minimum amount of income to qualify for Obamacare. In other words, you can make $1 and still get Medicaid.
2.) Pre-existing conditions are covered by every insurance company in the U.S. now, Obamacare or not.

My 1st wedding - spent thousands and thousands of dollars, reception at a fancy hall, expensive dress, all the luxuries, marriage ended in divorce.
